A deliberately small program — appointment reminders and the autumn review notice, nothing else, and never a sales message.

By signing up for Clearview Appointment Reminders, you agree to receive SMS notifications about appointments you have booked and about your annual medication review. You may opt in by ticking the express written consent box on ourappointment page, or by telling an adviser during a call, which we then record. These terms govern that program, operated by Clearview Medicare Advisers LLC.
1. User Opt-In
You consent by ticking the express written consent box on one of our forms and submitting it, or by telling an adviser during a call.Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. You can book, enrol, and be reminded about your review entirely by telephone and post — which is how most of our clients prefer it.
We record the exact wording you agreed to, with the date, time and IP address of the submission, in order to demonstrate compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. We do not use an automatic telephone dialing system to generate or send these messages.
What this program is, and what it is not
The program sends a small number of practical messages: confirmation of an appointment you booked, a reminder the day before, notice if an adviser is running late, and one message each autumn telling you that your medication list is due for its annual review.
It is not a marketing program. We do not send plan offers, promotions, "act now" messages or anything about enrollment deadlines designed to hurry you. Nothing about a specific plan's benefits or premiums is sent by text.
That restraint is deliberate. The reason so many households dread October is the volume of Medicare marketing arriving by post, telephone and text, and we are not adding to it.
What we will never send by text
We set these limits on ourselves and publish them so you can hold us to them, and so that a fraudulent message is easier to spot. We will never text you:
- A request for your Medicare number, date of birth, Social Security number or bank details.
- A link asking you to "verify," "confirm" or "reactivate" your Medicare coverage.
- Anything about a specific plan's benefits, premiums or enrollment offers.
- A message saying your coverage will lapse unless you act immediately.
- Notice of a "new Medicare card" requiring payment or confirmation. No such thing exists.
If you receive a text claiming to be from Clearview and asking for any of the above, it is not from us. Do not reply and do not follow the link. Telephone the number published on this site, and report it to 1-800-MEDICARE.
Your part
- Give a mobile number you own or are authorised to enrol. Please do not enrol a relative's number on their behalf without asking them.
- Tell us if your number changes, so a message about your appointment does not reach a stranger.
- Do not use replies to report a problem or give an instruction — telephone us. We do not monitor inbound texts for anything but STOP and HELP.
2. User Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to [SMS-NUMBER-TBD] from your mobile device, or to any message from us, at any time. We send one confirmation and then stop texting that number.
Other opt-out commands include QUIT, END,CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOP ALL. Once opted out, no further messages will be sent to you.
Stopping has no effect at all on your coverage, your appointment, or your standing with this agency. We will keep reaching you by telephone and post exactly as before. Nobody will ring to ask why you opted out.
3. Help and Support
For assistance, you can:
- Text HELP to [SMS-NUMBER-TBD]. Replying HELP returns our contact details and a reminder of how to stop.
- Email team@example.com.
- Call (866) 827-4241, TTY 711.
If you would like these terms in large print or read aloud, ring us and we will provide them at no cost.
4. Privacy and Data Sharing
Strict privacy policy
Clearview Medicare Advisers LLC takes your privacy seriously. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, your consent record or your personal information with third parties.
This matters particularly here. Lists of people approaching Medicare eligibility are actively traded, and a mobile number attached to a confirmed birthday is a valuable item on that market. We do not participate in it in either direction.
Your number is used by this agency only, for the messages above, and is disclosed solely to the messaging platform that delivers them on our behalf — which is contractually prohibited from any other use. We may otherwise disclose information only to comply with legal obligations, to enforce our rights, or to protect our interests as required by law. Records of consent, and of any opt-out, are retained as long as necessary to evidence compliance with the TCPA and applicable state law. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Supported Carriers
Clearview Appointment Reminders is supported on major United States wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T‑Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Google Fi and Virgin Mobile, and many regional carriers.Carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered or failed messages.Carrier support may change without notice.
6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the delivery of SMS messages. Delivery depends on the network service of your wireless provider and on factors outside our control, and we are not liable for any delays, errors or failures in message delivery.
Nothing important is communicated only by text. An appointment stands whether or not the reminder arrives. Enrollment deadlines, plan changes, denials and appeals are handled by telephone and in writing, because those have deadlines and a text that failed to send does not extend one.
We may modify or discontinue the program, or these terms, at any time. Material changes are posted here with an updated date and, where required, notified to enrolled subscribers.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or related to this text message program that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognised provider under its consumer arbitration rules, seated in the State of Ohio, applying Ohio's substantive law, with judgment on the award enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You and Clearview each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action relating to this program. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. Either party may instead bring a qualifying individual claim in small claims court. Where applicable law renders any part of this clause unenforceable, that part is severed and the remainder stands.
This clause concerns the text message program. It does not affect your right to appeal a Medicare coverage decision, to complain to a state department of insurance, or to contact 1-800-MEDICARE.
