Come in, or we come to you

The office has parking at the door and no steps. If getting out is difficult, we will come to your kitchen table instead.

Step-free parking directly outside; the office is at street level.

Appointments preferred, walk-ins welcome.

Before you answer that call

We will never telephone you first.

Not in October, not ever. Rules restrict when an agent may contact you without permission, and we keep well inside them. If someone telephones claiming to be from Clearview and you did not ask them to, it is not us — hang up and call the number on this page.

  • Nobody from Medicare telephones you asking for your Medicare number
  • There is no "new Medicare card" that requires payment or verification
  • Free braces, test kits or genetic screening offered by telephone are a fraud pattern
  • Any pressure to decide immediately is a reason to end the call

If you think you have been targeted

Report it. Medicare fraud is investigated and reporting genuinely helps — the same telephone campaigns tend to work through whole neighbourhoods.

(866) 827-4241 — we will tell you if it sounds legitimate

Ask us to call you

Prefer we telephone you instead?

Fill this in and an adviser rings you back within one business hour during office hours. Tell us roughly when suits and we will keep to it.

Useful to have nearby

  • Your medication bottles
  • The names of your doctors
  • Your red, white and blue Medicare card, if you have one

None of it to hand? Ring anyway. We can start with your date of birth and your county.

Do not put your Medicare number in this form. We do not need it to talk to you, and no legitimate form should ask for it.
